Arrived the same day and at the time he estimated. Quickly diagnosed the fault and after quoting the price for repair, asked if we wanted to continue. Repaired straight away and for reasonable price. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Our lucky day
Our freezer had stopped working, phoned Arrow for advice, Jon answered my call just happened to be driving through our village, called in to take a look, found fault fixed straight away. Found Jon friendly, professional and would highly recommend. Saved the day for us, panic over within the hour.

When our FRIDGE FREEZER broke down on a bank holiday, and with everyone on lockdown, John rescued us with a new compressor fitted within days. We can't recommend him highly enough for his quick response and excellent service.

Maytag side by side fridge freezer
I thought my 10 yr old fridge freezer would not be able to be fixed, phoned Jon and he said could come over later that day, within a short while he had identified the problem, and asked to order the part he phoned when it arrived and asked when to fix it, didn't take long to put the part on, he said any problems just let me know. Great service very polite & professional honest man, fridge fixed & good price, would recommend him.
