I thought my 10 yr old fridge freezer would not be able to be fixed, phoned Jon and he said could come over later that day, within a short while he had identified the problem, and asked to order the part he phoned when it arrived and asked when to fix it, didn't take long to put the part on, he said any problems just let me know.
