Who We Are

Arrow Refrigeration are a family run business who have been established for over 25 years repairing and servicing fridge/freezers throughout Warwickshire. We have built up an excellent reputation during the 25 years due to being honest, reliable and efficient along with fair and competitive pricing.

The main engineer, Jon, has a wealth of knowledge and experience which has developed over the years since the business was first founded. We have a large customer base which has developed over the years through the high standard of service that we provide, which comes from recommendations as well as repeat customs.

The main business goal at Arrow Refrigeration is to provide customer satisfaction to the highest level. We truly understand what it takes to provide this and aim to provide a service which is both professional and speedy to enable us to get any of your issues resolved.

I thought my 10 yr old fridge freezer would not be able to be fixed, phoned Jon and he said could come over later that day, within a short while he had identified the problem, and asked to order the part he phoned when it arrived and asked when to fix it, didn’t take long to put the part on, he said any problems just let me know. Great service very polite & professional honest man, fridge fixed & good price, would recommend him.

When our FRIDGE FREEZER broke down on a bank holiday, and with everyone on lockdown, John rescued us with a new compressor fitted within days. We can’t recommend him highly enough for his quick response and excellent service.
